Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is:
- Unwoven and unused.
- In its original condition.
- With all tags and packaging intact.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available if:
- You receive a damaged or defective item.
- You receive the wrong product.
Non-return Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned or exchanged.
